Quote & Contract
Receive a clear quote and a simple agreement. We’ll outline the timeline and terms so everyone is on the same page before any paint hits the canvas.

Payment
Once the contract is signed, a deposit secures your place in our schedule. We accept secure digital payments for your peace of mind.

Delivery
Watch your unique art come to life. We'll notify you when it's ready for pickup at our Roscoe Village studio or safe delivery to your door.
Every commission is a little different. Portraits are priced per face, sizes and materials affect the final cost, and some ideas take more time and care than others. This page gives you a general guide to how we work together so you know what to expect, and we can fine-tune the details in your custom quote and invoice.
Agreement Terms
Payment & Deposits
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot.
- Final payment is due upon approval of the digital preview.
- Art will be shipped once the final invoice is settled.
Usage & Copyright
- The artist retains all rights to the artwork and its reproduction.
- Commissions are for personal use only (display in your home, social media).
- Commercial licensing is available—just ask for a custom quote!
Timelines
- Typical turnaround time is 2-4 weeks from deposit payment.
- Rush orders may be available during the holiday season.
- We'll keep you updated on your piece's progress!
Revisions
- Two rounds of minor revisions are included in the sketch phase.
- Major changes after color has started may incur additional fees.
- We want you to love your custom art, so communication is key!
Cancellations & Refunds
- If you need to cancel, let us know as soon as possible.
- Deposits are non-refundable as they cover materials and sketch time.
- Refunds are not available for completed custom orders.
To keep things secure and official, our commission agreements are handled via digital contract or secure invoice. Once we've discussed your vision, you'll receive a link to review and sign your personalized terms electronically.
